Ability-Driven Loops

Our traffic department matches drivers with loads based on driving ability, Elog requirements, load availability, and the location of the driver’s home. This allows us to develop a combination of loads that meet driver and company needs.

Level Pay

We offer a “Level-Pay Option,” in which our drivers are paid weekly based on their average miles. This allows them and their families to better budget with a consistent weekly pay check. Differences are settled quarterly.

homeTime

Home Time

As a family-owned company, we understand the importance of home-time. We feel our drivers should be home weekly for their 34 hour restart. We live under the directive, “Work while on-duty; spend time with your family while off-duty – don’t spend your time in a truck stop!”

Respect

We have a mutual-respect-based work environment. Respect is afforded to all new and present employees; however, it is up to them to maintain it.

Looking Ahead

We have a history of being ahead of the curve. We were an early adopter of Elogs, and we were also one of the first companies to select customers and secure freight lanes based on receivers, shippers, and the ability of our drivers.
