Fortune’s Maintenance
Department strives to provide our drivers with the clean,
safe, comfortable equipment they need to effectively perform
their job. Our service department performs basic
preventative maintenance and mechanical repairs with a
strong trend toward in depth engine, emissions, transmission
and electrical repairs. Our shops are well tooled and
equipped with latest diagnostic equipment and maintenance
management software driven by touch-screen repair order
entry terminals.
Advancing technology
necessitates a well trained service department and Fortune
aggressively encourages continuing education for all
technicians. Fortune partners closely with OEM’s and vendors on industry trends and participates in new product
development and testing. This working relationship ensures
the most modern equipment available and provides for
training opportunities not available to most others.
Fortune attempts to service
and repair all equipment in-house when practical. We
dispatch 5th wheel wreckers located at each
terminal to retrieve down tractors within 500 miles of our
shops.
