Tractors:
The Fortune fleet consists of 125 late model sleeper
tractors, the majority of which are Freightliner chassis
with Detroit power and 10 speed manual transmissions. Specs
include spacious condo cabs equipped with power invertors,
premium seats and custom-made mattresses. Air-ride front and
rear suspensions along with a/r cabs and a/r ensure a smooth
ride. Most all Fortune trucks are equipped with one or more
forms of anti-idle technology increase driver comfort and
reduce unnecessary fuel consumption. APU’s and anti-idle
include: Detroit Optimized Idle, Thermo King Tri-Pac
generators, Espar heaters, Bergstrom NITE & Carrier Clima-Cab.
